Instagram has rolled out significant changes in the platform to mark its 10th Anniversary. It has launched QR codes, Live Shopping, Reels, and Shops. Recently, Instagram redesigns its home screen.
Reels and Shops are added to the redesign home screen. Reels is a TikTok-like feature introduced last August 2020. It allows users to upload a short video and use music effects to make it fun. Shops make it easier for users to check out directly on a product’s e-Commerce page. It links an Instagram post to the brand’s website. As such 5 icons will now be showing at the bottom of an Instagram page.

Instagram’s redesign home screen makes it easier for users to access important features. Reels and Shops are increasingly becoming popular on the platform.
