LinkedIn kept still for some time during the holidays. But now, the platform is back with some updates. Remember LinkedIn Events? Last September, live events were integrated on LinkedIn learning and Zapier. The platform also tested ticketed events. Today, LinkedIn launches audio events.
Like the Clubhouse app, LinkedIn creators can now host live audio events in different themes and topics. Listeners can virtually raise a hand to join as a speaker or like a chat response. An ongoing audio chat will display a separate panel for speakers and listeners. The new audio room format will also become a template for LinkedIn’s live events.
LinkedIn launches audio events on 07 January 2022.
