YouTube Tests New Promotion Tab

YouTube wants to make it easier for people to run ads and campaigns. The platform introduced new CTV ad solutionsproduct tagging, and Shopify partnerships. Today, YouTube tests a new promotion tab.

The current test is a simpler end-to-end workflow in YouTube Studio. Instead of Google Ads, the new promotion tab on the content page allows buying ads for quick promotions. The test is currently available to a limited number of creators.
