YouTube Opens Up a 6000-Seat Theater

YouTube now makes swooping steel meets the shining glass. The platform opens up a 6000-seat theater in Inglewood, California. After enabling a new look on its creator website with a  360 display and 4k viewing, YouTube is set to be spotlight a haven for live entertainment events. 

YouTube plans to make the 6000-seat theater a physical venue for award shows, eSports, concerts, conferences, corporate functions, theater performances, etc. With such an infrastructure, performers can also live stream their events to billions of viewers around the world. The 1st event on YouTube’s theater is the Hollywood Black Comedy Festival to be held on the 3rd of September. 

YouTube opens up a 6000-seat theater on 27 August 2021.
