Their first move is testing QR codes to make shopping easier. Today, Facebook Pay will now be available to third-party platforms.
By August 2021, participating US businesses now allow Facebook Pay as a payment option on their eCommerce websites. This makes shopping easier for customers without the need to re-enter their payment information. The rollout will start among Shopify merchants and will expand to other Facebook shops over time.
