Here is one great piece of news from YouTube. It has been testing search insights since December last year. Today, YouTube officially launches search insights for all desktop creators. For more channel management options, search insights allow creators to see what their audience and channel viewers are looking for on YouTube.
YouTube’s Ads Policy Manager, Conor Kavanagh, announces the update via the Creator Insider channel. The goal of search insights on YouTube is to significantly improve content creation and planning. Search insights allow access to what YouTube audiences are searching for. You can find it as YouTube viewers’ searches under the research tab of the channel analytics. They will initially be made available in English terms in Australia, Canada, India, the UK, and the US.
YouTube launches search insights on 12 April 2022. It will be rolling out to all YouTube desktop creators by the end of April.
Implications for Marketers:
YouTube’s search insights can significantly help marketers improve their ads and campaigns by knowing what their target audiences are craving.
