Here’s great news for YouTube Creators! YouTube is bringing more studio analytics to its mobile app. Most of the metrics have been in YouTube Studio for desktop. But now, the largest video-sharing platform in the world will expand access to such insights in mobile devices.
After lowering the eligibility threshold to community posting, YouTube adds three new mobile studio metrics as of today. These are:
“New and Returning Viewers” under the Audience tab. These key pieces of information can help creators track the performance of video content. It will show how the video grows channel followers over time.
“Top Videos Growing Your Audience” list. It highlights videos that motivate viewers to return for more videos on a channel. It means that besides driving views, the help in the expansion of your followers in a YouTube channel. The list is in descending order based on the number of returning viewers.
“YTA Currency Settings” are also previously available on YouTube Studio for desktop. Today, Creators using mobile studio can go to the Comment notification of the settings tab to set the currency they prefer on the channel.
