WhatsApp Extends Message Deletion Time

WhatsApp is a better way to send images, text, and video messages. It became popular because it is less expensive than SMS or texting. Another thing that makes WhatsApp great is its end-to-end encryption. The platform values unrecorded and unsaved conversations. Last December of 2021, the platform enabled multiple duration for disappearing messages. Today, WhatsApp extends message deletion time.

According to a report from WABetaInfo, WhatsApp version 2.22.15 extends the message deletion time to 2 days and 12 hours. The update is currently under beta testing for a small number of users. It aims to be competitive with Telegram, which allows users to delete messages within 48 hours.
