Even though there was a decline in audio usage, Twitter continues to develop a podcast tab. The platform joined Breaker at the beginning of 2022. It planned Spaces through the social podcast app. Today, plans have changed as Twitter rolls out podcasts.
To help connect with unique and compelling voices worldwide, Twitter integrates podcasts in its newly redesigned Spaces tab. The “Podcasts” button will be a play-and-go function. It features specific themes, including Music, News, Sports, Trends, and other topics most relevant to the Twitter nation. The update will be available to global English-speaking users of Twitter for Android and iOS.

Twitter knows that some discussions need more than 280 characters. As it rolls out podcasts, it gives marketers another option to invest in audio marketing.
