Twitter has made a lot of acquisitions in 2021. At the beginning of 2022, Breaker joined Twitter. It is a social podcast app, which the platform initially planned to power Spaces. Today, Twitter is working on a new podcast tab.
App researcher Alessandro Paluzzi shares a tweet about the “Podcast” tab being visible on the lower part of Twitter’s function tabs. It appears below the Spaces tab. There is no more information regarding the test. But it is clear that Twitter looks set to level up podcasts within the platform.
