Twitter wants to make the creation of Spaces easier. That is why it now enables Spaces creation via the tweet composer and retweet menu. Twitter Spaces are live audio rooms that mimic the Clubhouse app. It was globally launched in May 2021. After a year, the platform started testing a Space in a tweet. It also enabled Space Analytics.
Starting today, Twitter iOS users can start a Space from the tweet composer. Simply tap the Space icon at the bottom left to do so.
Twitter iOS users can also start a Space from the retweet menu. A “Start a Space” button will show when you click the quote retweet tab. The retweet will immediately go live and be pinned at the top of the Space tab.

Implications to Marketers:
Spaces are a great way for marketers to create engagement and interactions. By hosting audio chats, they can better connect to the Twitter nation.
