Meta Is Building a Customer Service Division

Meta’s main goal is to help brands and businesses succeed. That is why the platform introduced an advertiser success center, conversations, and small business studios. Today, Meta is building a customer service division.

Meta’s customer service division will help users who have removed accounts or posts. It becomes a priority after feedback from the Oversight Board. Based on their report, using artificial intelligence (AI) on 3 billion accounts led to poor customer service on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp. The best solution recommended is human intervention, and that’s by having a customer service division.

Meta is building a customer service division as of 25 August 2022.

As Meta builds a customer service division, it will help marketers get clear guidelines on Meta’s ad and campaign policies. It can also avoid the unnecessary removal of accounts and posts that AI typically does.
