In May 2021, LinkedIn introduced the boost marketing feature. LinkedIn’s boost marketing features allow users to turn organic posts into LinkedIn ads. Retargeting audiences can be made in three ways – interest-based, LinkedIn templates, and profile-based. Today, LinkedIn enables the boost button to Event pages.
To get started, users just need to click the boost button on the events page. The next step is to select a target audience and set the campaign schedule and the budget. You will be prompted to enter payment information to create a paid event ad. The event ad will then appear on LinkedIn feeds for professionals and the target audience that you have selected. It includes information on how to join the event together with key dates, and location.
