YouTube has recently announced updates to their analytics feature, with a focus on providing more detailed information for creators who produce “Shorts” content. These updates will allow creators to see how their Shorts are performing in terms of engagement and reach, including data on views, likes, comments, and shares.
Additionally, creators will be able to see information on how their Shorts are performing in relation to their other videos, and will also have access to a new “Shorts Card” feature which will highlight the best performing Shorts on their channel.
YouTube introduces Shorts-focused analytics on 11 January 2023.
