Here’s some great news to Facebook advertisers and marketers! Facebook introduces “Optimize Text Per Person” ads. This is in addition to filtering target audiences via shopping activities on Facebook Ads Manager. It is also an enhancement similar to click -to-WhatsApp ads, dynamic ads for live streaming, and headset VR ads.
Facebook’s new “Optimize Text Per Person” ads allow swapping of text on the primary field depending on a user’s algorithms. For example, if your ad description is “Get discounts on all outdoor gears” and your headline is “Winter Sale”, Facebook will choose to swap them in between selected users. The swap is based on several algorithmic factors, especially when a user responds to a similar post in the past. It aims to make the ads more effective based on the user’s behavior. The update is not yet rolled out by Facebook officially. But it is showing as widely available.
Facebook introduces “Optimize Text Per Person” ads on 25 June 2021.
Implications for Marketers:
Facebook’s “Optimize Text Per Person” ads are a new option for marketers to get better campaign results. It is worth experimenting on targeting behavioral approaches that brands have not yet consider before. With such a type of ad, there is a higher chance of a conversion.
