Bernie divided his talk into four main segments: social media campaign planning, the best practices on social media, video marketing, and tapping into consumer insight. He stressed the importance of knowing one’s target audience, defining the buyer persona, and how to effectively use social media as a space to build a brand
The event was done in person and over ZOOM live call, and over 50 participants joined in as part of their course to achieve a Professional Certificate in Digital and Social Media Marketing.
