Stories had been a great feature of Facebook. Around 500 million people tap into its power daily. That is why Facebook continues to add and test more Stories features and tools. These include displaying Stories comment in public, removing Story viewers’ list, and the green screen option. Today, Facebook tests story highlight clips in Creator Studio.
To mark the new year, Facebook adds a new element on Creator Studio – Story highlights clips. It is a preview option or teaser for a video upload. Story highlight clips have a maximum length of 20 seconds and are not editable. So, Facebook suggests choosing a clip that you can leave as-is before choosing to share. A “See More” button on the Story directs viewers to the full video. Story highlights clips are currently in testing via Facebook for desktop.
