Workplace 會提供一般如最新消息、群組、訊息、視像等功能，而透過與現時公司系統整合，更可以將各樣分析及資源等整合到一儀表板上，令到工作更加輕鬆快捷。Workplace 更帶來一個「Multi-Company Groups」的協作平台，將不同公司員工可以在同一平台上工作。
Workplace 現時已接受申請 https://workplace.fb.com/，提供三個月試用，其後將按用戶人數收費，而非營利組織與教育機構的話則是免費。
